Change Management: The insurance every project needs

After some years of inorganic growth, Ivanti found itself in an all too common situation: an abundance of overly complex and manual processes. Ivanti worked with Simplus to transform and revamp how customers and partners did business with it.

Simplus—through a complete engagement encompassing Advisory Services, implementation, change management, and training—completely transformed how Ivanti used Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ. However, as Keith Lutz, Ivanti’s VP of IT, said, at least half of the project success was due to Change Management. Organizational change management resources at Simplus were brought in and oversaw change efforts and alignment. Through a skillful partnership with the overall project management, Simplus’ Change Management team was able to see the project through to launch and successful training. This included two pre-UAT webinars, 12 training sessions, an adoption dashboard, and much more.
