TechCrunch covered our exciting news: Simplus is now part of Infosys!

Simplus has signed a definitive agreement with Infosys, the India-based tech giant and third most well-regarded company in the world. News of the agreement broke yesterday, and TechCrunch is among many outlets covering this exciting acquisition with additional insights.

Infosys acquiring Simplus will strengthen the Salesforce arm of Infosys’ extensive tech vendor business with deep expertise in Salesforce technologies, according to TechCrunch. Quoting Brent Leary, CRM industry veteran and owner of CRM Essentials, TechCrunch noted that “By acquiring Simplus, it allows Infosys to grab more market share, while extending Salesforce capabilities to offer existing clients.”

In particular, our quote-to-cash knowledge and global presence will complement Infosys’ existing delivery capabilities. TechCrunch also quoted Holger Mueller, analyst at Constellation Research, saying “It creates the opportunity for Infosys to break out of the vendor services silos and connect its Salesforce services with its ERP services (SAP, Oracle).”
